Made-to-Order Return Policy

At ZERØDRK30, we take pride in crafting premium, made-to-order apparel tailored to your specifications. Because each item is individually produced, all made-to-order sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer
• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen display settings or garment texture

We encourage customers to review all product details and size charts carefully before placing an order. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
To submit a claim:

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and any product tags

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

3. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email. Reports made after this window may not qualify for resolution.

4. Force Majeure

ZERØDRK30 is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, shipping disruptions, labor strikes, supply shortages, pandemics, or government actions.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If this occurs, customers will be notified, and any charges will be fully refunded.
